Contact us about Story HD orders or earlier preview tasks, video playback, downloads, refunds, privacy, or product feedback.

Who operates this service

Zombie Couple Video is operated by Sean, an individual based in China. For order support or privacy requests, contact contact@zombiecouplevideo.ai.

What to include

For a paid order, include your order number and a short description of the problem. For an earlier preview task, describe the error and approximate submission time, including your time zone. Mention your browser and device; a screenshot with personal details hidden can help.

Do not send API keys, portrait photos, session cookies or signed task links. Do not post your private recovery link or video access credentials in a public message. An order number helps us investigate but does not itself grant access.

Story HD costs $6.99 USD per video, paid once with no subscription. Watch real samples before purchasing. See pricing and our refund policy. We do not promise a fixed support response time. We will not ask you to send card details or API keys.
