One payment, one video
One purchase creates one AI-generated video of about 15 seconds at 768P, with generated audio, in portrait or landscape. Likeness, motion, exact dimensions and timing vary. There is no subscription, automatic free regeneration or unlimited revision plan.
Before checkout
Upload one authorized adult portrait for each role. Choose the format, review the photos and permissions, then save your photos and private recovery link. Photo preparation is not payment and does not start generation. Read pricing and the refund policy before paying.
Purchase availability and preparation limits
The current service allows up to 20 new prepared Story HD orders per UTC day across the site, and up to 5 per browser session per UTC day. These are preparation safeguards, not free generation credits or a promise that a generation will succeed. Existing order status, recovery and downloads remain separate. If preparation is unavailable, return later rather than repeatedly starting new orders.
Payment, generation and interruptions
Generation starts only after server-confirmed Stripe payment. Queue and generation may take several minutes. Refreshing or reopening the same order does not create another payment or generation. If payment or generation is uncertain, recover that order or contact support; do not pay again.
Access and refunds
New videos remain accessible for 7 days from completion. Earlier orders keep the deadline shown on the order page. Keep your private recovery link and download promptly. New orders use the private recovery link rather than order or completion emails. New paid orders can also request a single-use sign-in link using their checkout email; the link expires after 15 minutes. Older orders without a saved email need their original private link. A confirmed generation failure without delivery starts a full refund under the refund policy.
Earlier preview tasks
Previously submitted preview jobs can still finish and be checked while their original credentials and provider files remain valid, ordinarily within 24 hours of submission. The earlier-task recovery page uses the original browser and session. It cannot submit, retry or generate a new video. Clearing browser data or expiry can prevent recovery.
